Melissa - Like many little girls, Melissa's love affair with beauty and fashion began at an early age. When she wasn't stamping lipstick on Barbie or dabbing her with perfume, she was attempting to beautify herself with “peel off” nail polish, blue mascara and Bonne Bell Lipsmackers. Some of her fondest childhood memories involve the makeovers she and her friends would give one another at sleepovers, and although her tastes have evolved over the years, she has maintained that adventurous spirit.

Current style icons range from Catherine Zeta-Jones as Velma Kelly in 'Chicago' to the always-surprising Drew Barrymore – and well beyond. Melissa is an admirer of all things edgy and different, and she has the highest respect for women (and men!) who make their own beauty and style decisions based on personal preferences rather than societal trends.

Her favorite bands include Sonic Youth and Pixies, she adores Halloween, and she can never get enough sushi. Her favorite beauty products are perfume, nail polish and lip gloss, and she is on a seemingly never-ending quest for perfect skin. At the moment, her top desert island products are Vaseline Lip Therapy, Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Concealer Kit, and Make Up For Ever's Smoky Lash mascara.

Meagan - Meagan is an actress who also happens to love all things beauty and fashion. She lived in NYC for five years and is now continuing her career in Los Angeles. Having worked on various TV shows, movies, commercials and more, she has picked up a few tricks along the way. Being in the makeup chair is her favorite place to be on set and she loves to discover new beauty products and tips whenever she gets the chance. Exploring the fashion world is undoubtedly one of her favorite pastimes as well. Finding ways to incorporate the hottest trends at affordable prices into a classic wardrobe is a personal mission.

She is inspired by risk-takers: From the stars on the red carpet to strangers on the sidewalk to her fashionable friends. And she can’t live without her Bare Minerals Matte foundation, Fresh Soy Face Cleanser and Vaseline Cocoa Butter Lotion.

Grace – Grace is the newest addition to Latest Beauty. She recently moved from San Francisco to Los Angeles to pursue new career opportunities, and in her spare time she enjoys exploring whatever city she is currently living in, visiting farmers markets and trying out new restaurants. Like Melissa, Grace can never get enough sushi. In fact, you can find her on Yelp as a Yelp Elite team member, writing about all her latest restaurant discoveries.

Grace will be managing all the marketing and advertising efforts at Latest Beauty. Although she is a marketing professional by day, Grace is actually an undercover fashion fiend and beauty product junkie. While she was interning for Nordstrom in college, she fell in love with the fashion world. “I love putting pieces together to achieve the perfect look for each and every occasion. When a girl puts on that perfect outfit, her whole outlook on life and self confidence just changes,” says Grace, “and that's why I love fashion.” Bare Minerals foundation, DDF Moisturizing Dew and Clinique Overnight Acne Treatment are among her beauty staples.
