I have to admit, I did a complete double take the first time I saw the new flower-heel Mary Jane pumps from Prada. Can you believe these shoes?! They’re multicolored, made of rich materials like suede (above) and velvet (below), open-toed - and that heel! Reminds me of something you’d find in Fantasyland at Disneyland. I’m coining a term for these shoes right now: All hail "fairy tale chic." I like them, yet I really have no idea what I would wear with them (any ideas?)…considering the hefty price tag, however, I don’t think it’ll be an issue for me. Both of the pairs featured here will set you back the better part of $800 (!). I guess that’s just the price you pay for fabulous, whimsical, over-the-top shoe fashion. Think Payless will attempt a knockoff anytime soon?!
