So the girl who live in my apartment before me did not get her catalogs forwarded.  And as a result, I’m learning about new things.  Like about Athleta.  Have you ever heard of this company?  I mean, their name is the first clue but their clothing is tailored toward athletic women.  And all of their models in their catalog are clearly athletes themselves - no stick figures here.  And while I might not be the most athletic girl on the block, I can appreciate pretty designs for athletic ventures.  Wearing their stuff might inspire me to get to a gym.  That, and seeing my rear view in the mirror…

Here are some great things I found on their site.  My favorite part?  You can search their site by sport and see the clothes that would be best for you.  I am digging the Yoga/Studio section, the Run/Walk and the Swim/Surf.  Even if you’re not "sporty" you can find great pieces for summer, including cute, casual dresses.  What category could be right for you?  

This beach cover up is so pretty and perfect for a windy day.  I love this bikini set because it is reversible - it’s like two suits in one.  They also have great one pieces and tankinis.  Everything is made to be mixed and matched.

I like this built-in bra tank for my walks.  The skort is so cute and has a zipper pocket which is great for long run/walks.  And I am a fan of the bra straps on this sports bra - and the color.
