Is there anyone out there who doesn’t love concealer? Any woman who is lucky enough not to consider it one of her beauty necessities must have perfect skin, or always get 8 glorious hours of uninterrupted sleep, or both. But for the rest of us, concealer is a godsend for covering up blemishes, dark circles, and a whole host of complexion-marring imperfections. Fans of YSL’s legendary Touche Eclat pen may have you believe that shelling out big bucks for a quality concealer is simply par for the course, but don’t believe it! I’m hopeful that I can save money and still approximate flawlessness. My latest discovery is this Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Concealer Kit. I love that it provides a handy 2-in-1 hit of creamy concealer and a sheer powder with which to set it, and it gives you a nice dose of SPF 20 to boot. One complaint, however:  What’s with the measly four colors, all in shades of beige? Does Neutrogena think that women with darker skin don’t need concealer just as much as their fair-skinned sisters? Hopefully they’ll realize that women come in more than just four shades and fix that little oversight right away. Other than that, this is definitely one to watch.
