It’s official: Bold eyebrows are chic. Like most trends in fashion and beauty, the popularity of the thick brow seems to wax and wane. According to the latest issue of Elle, the time has come for strong eyebrows to launch a comeback. Don’t go tossing those tweezers just yet though: This look is more about super dark, meticulously groomed and carefully shaped brows, and less about overgrown "Brows Gone Wild." Elle recommends achieving the darker-than-normal look by using a soft pencil a few shades darker than your hair.
