potatoThe other morning I woke up with dark circles under my eyes, even though I had a full night’s sleep.  I love springtime but along with April’s showers comes allergies, hence the dark circles.  If you have been having similar problems, here is a tip I just picked up in this month’s Cosmo:

Slice a Potato Fade your ring temporarily by cutting a potato (which has a skin-lightening enzyme called catecholase) into two then slices.  Leave them on your eyes for 10 minutes so the juice can seep into the skin.  Do this twice a week to even out your tone. (5/09, pg.100)
