I keep spotting ads for Cover Girl’s Blast Collection Eye Enhancers every time I flip through a magazine lately, and I keep wondering if anyone actually wears eye makeup so shockingly bright.
On one hand, accenting your eyes with big, bold swatches of neon color is definitely one way to call attention to them. But on the other hand, it seems more than a little hard to pull off. And is this look actually flattering, or just outlandish?
