I love High Noon from Fresh. I’m on the fair end of the skin color spectrum, so I have absolutely fallen in love with this bronzer. I can use it in place of foundation because it evens out my skin tone and creates a beautiful natural glow. High Noon bronzer is formulated to work with most skin types so the actual pigmentation of the product is light. From fair to dark, it is supposed to serve a purpose. One complaint I have heard and read about is that if you do have a darker complexion, then it doesn’t make much of an impression of color. If you are looking for an all over bronzer to create a tanned look, then this might not be the ticket. If you are looking for a natural glow that evens skin tone and you have a fair complexion, then this is definitely worth looking into. If you have a darker complexion, you might want to think of the product as more of a highlighter than a bronzer. Either way you use it, High Noon is packed with vitamins and has a very light and soothing cucumber scent that is refreshing.  It is one of my favorite new additions to my makeup arsenal!
