Has Blake Lively had a nose job?

Gossip Girl star Blake Lively has made a name for herself as TV’s current go-to sexy, long-legged blonde. Her on-screen alter ego, Serena Van der Woodsen, is a bit of a conflicted wild child, always on the edge of giving in to her temptations but absolutely torn about doing so. Whereas Blair’s fashion role model is Audrey Hepburn - refined and feminine - one might imagine that Serena’s tastes run a little more toward Brigitte Bardot. In any case, Blake has set the rumor mill aswirl as people compare her pre-GG face with her post-Serena look. Is the Blake Lively nose job a fact or just the byproduct of catty speculation? Blake was hardly an unknown prior to her hit show on the CW. In fact, she starred in several movies, including the teenage “chick flick” The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and the college comedy Accepted. According to some sources, shortly after Accepted but before Gossip Girl, the alleged Blake Lively nose job went into effect. Not only that, but some even speculate that there may have been a little breast augmentation thrown in for good measure. What do you think about a possible Blake Lively boob job? Fact or fiction? Of course, it should be pointed out that Blake is still very young, so her body (and her face) may still be changing and growing. Can we really expect her to look the same at 21 as she did at 17?
